Neal is the founder of P3 Organizational Harmonics, a consulting framework that helps organizations uncover and resolve the root causes of employee productivity challenges. His work focuses on understanding how behavior, skills, and leadership interact to influence productivity and performance across teams and organizations.
Neal brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across firms of all sizes where he specialized in operations, organizational design, and process optimization. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with senior executives to diagnose complex productivity and performance issues, strengthen control environments, and develop high-impact teams capable of delivering measurable results.
Through P3 Organizational Harmonics, Neal applies and integrates behavioral science with operational rigor to deliver a data-driven, diagnostic approach that identifies “WHY” employees are not meeting expectations and addresses the causes, not the symptoms. This allows organizations to better understand productivity dynamics, improve leadership capability, reduce burnout, and align talent development with strategic business objectives.
