Dr. Neal Katz, DPS, CAC

Dr. Neal Katz is the Founder of P3 Organizational Harmonics, a business performance organization focused on helping companies understand the connection between workforce behavior, employee utilization, productivity, and financial performance.

With a background spanning organizational performance, leadership development, behavioral assessment, and career coaching, Dr. Katz developed the P3 Productivity Intelligence System to address a fundamental challenge facing organizations: companies know what they spend on their workforce, but often lack the data and insight to understand how much productive capacity is actually being utilized, and how much is being lost.

Neal brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across firms of all sizes where he specialized in operations, organizational design, and process optimization. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with senior executives to diagnose complex productivity and performance issues, strengthen control environments, and develop high-impact teams capable of delivering measurable results.

Neal is also the author of Unlock the Power of People: A Comprehensive Business Handbook for High-Productivity Cultures, which explores the behavioral and organizational principles behind creating cultures where people and businesses can perform at their highest levels.
