    What’s included in the price?

    Each coaching tier includes several behavioral and productivity diagnostics, personalized coaching sessions, tailored tools and frameworks, and ongoing support between sessions. Leader Coaching includes additional strategic guidance, diagnostics, and team‑level application.

    Do you offer package pricing or only per‑session rates?

    You can purchase sessions over 6-month or 12-month cycles. Each engagement includes structured sessions focused on the requirements of the client. One-time and monthly installment payments are acceptable.

    How long is a typical coaching engagement?

    Most clients work in 6‑month cycles, with many continuing for 12 months as they gain new insights, build new behaviors and habits, navigate transitions, or take on expanded responsibility.

    Can coaching be customized to my goals?

    Absolutely. Every engagement begins with a diagnostic that identifies your strengths, friction points, and growth priorities. Your coaching plan is built around your role, goals, and real‑world challenges.

    Is coaching confidential?

    Yes. All coaching conversations are confidential unless you choose to share insights with your manager or HR partner.

    Do you offer coaching for teams or groups?

    Yes. Team coaching and group capability‑building sessions are available as add‑ons or standalone services.

    Can my organization pay for coaching?

    Most clients use professional development budgets or leadership development funds. Invoices can be issued directly to your employer if needed.
